October is my preferred month. It’s when the colors change into vibrant hues: the yellow & red of tree tops, soon to fall leaving behind a dance of leaves and whispering branch-song. The temperatures drop as we seek to find warmth in cozy knits + by the fire.
There are still a few days before October ends. I added some new pieces to my room in honor of fall + gathering. Like crunchy leaves and the lovely sunsets permeating you to wake. I wish Octobers were endless. Nothing beats being curled up in a blanket watching Hocus Pocus with a slice of pumpkin pie + cider.
I am always thinking of ways to keep it cozy and you know..spooky! I also have books for days so, thats another reason to sit outside and light some candles. I have also been drawn to muted colors lately..beige, flax, creamy white, but also the contract of that: rust, charcoal, and grey. Nonetheless, here are some October activities you can still partake in, I know I will be!
