I am someone thats constantly on the go, in fact I usually exhaust myself, and thats when the nap/sleep comes in. It’s all in my nature, to be in constant thought and creation. However balance in necessary to recharge and replenish yourself. Be it through detaching/unplugging to take some time out of the day to read a book, journal, or any activity that helps you to unwind. Personally I like accompanying my downtime with something to imbibe, preferably handmade.
