We’re already almost 2 weeks into March. I have been following my regime that I planned out in my March intentions: staying centered, letting go, being mindful. So far I’ve definitely been experiencing a sense of peace that was wholly needed and keeps me accountable. Except for Daylight Savings time making its lovely appearance, I definitely did not react well to the time change but hey, having an arsenal of ideas to bounce back to my routine helps, and so does this recipe!
Sticking to my mylks or mylk lattes, this one is more of a day time mylk. It’s spiked with LivWell Nutrition protein that is not your typical protein powder. For this mylk I used the Raw Plant Protein in Wild Vanilla Bean! It is gluten-free, vegan, and made up of a protein blend with whole foods such as organic sprouted brown rice, organic yellow peas, organic sacha inchi, organic hemp. There’s also some vanilla bean, coconut sugar, Ceylon cinnamon, & stevia for some added sweetness – all organic.
